Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch.

Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.

Delivery Services

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel.

 

Delivery Costs

UK Delivery

Standard Rate of £4.99 for all orders. Expected 2-5 days.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over £100 to UK addresses.

Breakages

When packing your order, we take care to ensure that it is packed safely and securely. However, in the unlikely event that anything in your order is broken when it arrives, please email shop@callanderdrinkscompany.co.uk so we can resolve it straight away for you. Please also take care around any broken glass in the box.

Returns

We’re sure you’ll be happy with your order from Craft56.co.uk. However, if for any reason you’re not 100% happy, please get in touch with us at shop@callanderdrinkscompany.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are looking to return anything please note that we can only accept products that are unopened and in their original packaging.
